ABOUT CYNTHIA ROYAL
“Quiet on the set. And…ACTION!” While you watched Roy Rogers ride Trigger on TV as a child, Cynthia Royal was on the Hollywood set watching it being filmed. Today, she trains and performs with horses and other animals in a way that can only be described as ‘WOW!”
Whether for the camera or a live audience, Cynthia says, “Having a 1,200 lb. horse charge me on command and rear up on its hind legs, hooves flashing only inches from my head is a thrill!” It’s also proof of what’s possible when a partnership is built on trust and positive experiences, demonstrated by the relationship she shares with her horse Blanco, who starred as Shadowfax in the blockbuster Lord of The Rings movies.
While Cynthia has a gift for training animals, it’s her early exposure to traditional horse training – typically done in a harsh manner – that’s led to a lifelong passion for understanding why all creatures (even people) do what they do. It’s also led her to realize forcing each other to conform isn’t the way one being should relate to another. Rather than wielding a bigger stick, Cynthia decided to offer a sweeter carrot, a choice that’s had amazing results.
So, whether you’re relating to your horse, hamster or husband, Cynthia shows you how to get what you want…without getting kicked, bitten or ignored!

ABOUT LEAH JUAREZ
“She’s crazy!” is usually the response of someone who meets Leah Juarez for the first time . . . although whether or not she’s certifiable remains to be seen. And her super high energy can make interactions with her feel like trying to drink from a fire hose. Yet, while this outward energy exceeds that of a vintage muscle car, it’s an honest expression of her “Inner-Horsepower”. Simply put, Leah’s just happy to share her passion with anyone who will listen . . . and it’s contagious in the best sort of way.
True to form, Leah’s poured this energy into every role she’s touched, from songwriter to author to entrepreneur to mother of three daughters (plus 2 horses, a dog, cat and a bearded dragon). She’s pioneered many horse-related initiatives including The Equesse Ride of Your Life for the American Cancer Society, the “Once Upon a Horse” world history educational series in Blaze Magazine for kids and the e2=ME Equesse women’s empowerment program. Plus one of her songs was selected for inclusion in the Alltech 2010 World Equestrian Games closing ceremonies.
Her experience has dovetailed, providing her the foundation to create Equesse, Inc, a multi-media platform to including a magazine and on-demand video channel. With a mission to enrich women’s lives through their passion for horses, Leah is ready to – as the title of one of her songs says – “Fly Without Wings”!
