The SBN OzGreen Youth Leading the World Conference live from Melbourne

WHEN: 1st December from 9:15am-10:15am EDST Australia
WHERE: Live from 3WBC 94.1fm studios Melbourne – to the world
WHY: To give young people around the world a voice about what they see as the most vitally important issues of our time
WHAT: The SBN OzGreen Youth Leading the World Conference will focus on positive solutions for creating sustainable outcomes for these issues
WHO: Futurist DR PETER ELLYARD will be moderating the conference and discussing solutions with the youth delegates from around the world (aged between 12 to 25 years).
Speakers will include International delegates from the 2011 OzGreen Youth Leading the World Global Congress, as well as delegates from Australian Youth Climate Coalition, Four Years Go, Generation Waking Up, Green Cross Australia and the Jane Goodall Institute Roots & Shoots Program.

 

Primary Perspectives is a radio program produced by kids, for kids, in Australia as part of the programming out WGRN’s affiliate Wonderful World Media Network. In this episode Simon Holmes a Court joins Will, Rupert and Miani for “Let’s Talk Tech” — a segment that explores the potential of wind power for our sustainable future and Australia’s first community owned wind farm ‘Hepburn Wind’.
