In 1776 by way of a small pamphlet written by Thomas Paine titled, simply, “Common Sense” brought about the first successful anticolonial action in modern history.  In 2011 in Egypt, Social media in its many electronic forms delivered by the Internet was the first to topple a mideastern dictatorship.
